Pre-Operation Check List

1. Check all bearings for proper lubrication.
2. Check the tube for foreign material.

Operation Sequence

1. Visually inspect equipment; checking:
a) hopper is secure to trailer
b) all hydraulic hoses are not crimped or damaged
c) all hose fittings are tight
d) hydraulic oil tank has proper amount of hydraulic oil
e) engine is secure

2. With hydraulic doors closed, augers not engaged, start engine and throttle up.
3. Clear of any overhead obstructions or power lines, unfold auger, checking that augers couple together at hinge.
4. To turn auger: Press wireless remote button, mounted at end of telescoping chute.
5. Now open a hopper door to feed auger tube. By pressing remote button, seed can be moved through auger tube and out telescoping chute.
*NOTE: Override (for wireless remote) is located at left rear corner of hopper on inside of frame. This override contains the power shut-off for battery. Also the override box contains the wired switch for operation if the wireless remote box is not available.
6. Stop seed flow by releasing remote button.

SHUT DOWN SEQUENCE:

7. Close hopper doors.
8. Run auger until clear.
9. With hopper auger tube free of obstruction, fold auger to cradle.
10. Throttle engine to idle.
11. Turn engine off.
12. Turn fuel valve off.
13. Check that tarp is secure.
